I love living at the Chateau. 2bed 2bath was spacious and in unit laundry is great. I felt the controlled access was safe and a great feature.

My kids and I LOVE our home at the chateau. The pool, fenced in playground, and BEAUTIFUL community room and patio area are so perfect for our family. The space and amenities of our home make it so perfect for us!

I love the Chateau and recommend it; the building is well kept; they have convenient amenities with a pool, community room, and several workout rooms; it's located in a peaceful/safe location in town (lots of walking paths nearby!); and the staff is supportive and responds in a timely manner.

Been living here for a while and I can’t be happier. The staff is amazing to work with and the amenities are a Awesome bonus for whatever the occasion is. The apartment is very spacious and having in unit washer and dryer is the best part.

The Chateau is a very peaceful, clean, and elegant place to live… but the best thing is the team; they help you with everything, resolve issues quickly, and are always willing to make sure you have the best experience living at the Chateau. Monarch properties are definitely the best place to live here in Minot. I love it. I definitely recommend this place to live.
